Mizuho Corporate Bank Securities Regulatory Reporting Associate / AVP in New York, United States
Summary:
In this position, you will leverage your background in accounting / finance and be responsible for securities regulatory reporting with a specific focus on futures.
Key Responsibilities:
15c3-1- Daily net capital computation preparation for firms various regulated entities
i. Haircut preparation
ii. Financing transaction preparation
15c3-3 Weekly customer reserve preparation
Futures Commission Merchant daily reporting preparation
Strong excel skills
Reconciliation of sub-ledger vs ledger data
Ad hoc projects and reporting as requested.
Run and manage Axiom software for 3-1 and 3-3
The expected base salary ranges from $85,000 - $125,00. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
