Mizuho Corporate Bank Workday HRIS Analyst in New York, United States

OverviewThe Workday Analyst responsible for configuring, testing, and maintaining Workday modules related to absence management, time tracking, benefits, and payroll. You will also provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and create reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and update Workday business processes, security, and integrations related to absence management, time tracking, benefits, and payroll

  • Perform system testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and compliance with business requirements

  • Provide global coverage for time & absence tracking including Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions

  • Provide end-user support and training on Workday functionality and best practices

  • Implementing and supporting time off plans, leaves, time tracking calculations, and related system processes

  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday Report Writer

  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements

  • Manage projects/tasks through various lifecycle stages, from business requirements through design and delivery

  • Creating Jira tickets for requests related to absence, time tracking, benefits, and payroll

  • Develop and document technical specifications using our standard BRD and ensure all artifacts are uploaded to the appropriate Jira ticket

  • Perform data audits of Workday to ADP integration

  • Stay updated on Workday releases, features, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience

  • Minimum 3 years of Workday experience

  • Strong knowledge of Workday modules related to absence management, time tracking, benefits, and payroll

  • Experience in Workday time tracking and absence management in a global environment

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Certification in Workday HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits, or Payroll is a plus

The expected base salary ranges from $130,000.00 - $150,000.00. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
