Job Description
Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Teledyne ETM is seeking an Electro-Mechanical assembler to build electronic systems and subsystems and their components using appropriate work instructions. Day shift only.
Job Description:
With training, assemble electronic components, multiple-wire harnesses, large sub-assemblies, heavy chassis and systems
Route and secure wires and wire bundles, both large and small gauge
Follow work instructions, including production drawings, photos, notes and verbal directions
Work alongside a team of assemblers, technicians, and engineers
Identify and initiate continuous improvement
Required Skills:
Able to handle multiple commitments
With training, able to read and understand manufacturing instructions
Comfort with using a variety of hand and power tools
Comfort with using basic test equipment: DVM, dial caliper, pressure gauges
Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Able to stoop, kneel, and work overhead on a regular basis
Basic computer skills – email, internet parts search, ability to learn to use various database programs
Attention to detail
Good command of the English language, both written and verbal
Preferred Skills
Some experience with mechanical assembly work, and following work diagrams and instructions
Basic plumbing experience
Good hand/eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
Soldering ability

Salary Range:
$41,800.00-$55,880.000
