In this role you’ll work within the team responsible for this new solution and support 26+ locations across Europe. This is a unique opportunity to participate in the establishment of a brand-new corporate capability, to gain extensive technical training and development and to join a supportive organization, committed to talent development.

What to expect:

  • Build expert level understanding of the solution design, so that you can influence and approve design standards.

  • Act as receiving manager for new implementations by assessing solution readiness, leading knowledge transfer and capability development.

  • Client Management for newly implemented manufacturing sites.

  • Delivery of projects and changes for the TWFM solution.

  • Technical configuration of the solution in proprietary language (based on Java Script and SQL)

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues both in Newcastle and around the globe to continuously improve our configuration skills and change management processes.

Job Qualifications

What we look for:

  • IT Interest – Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, but we also welcome anyone with a STEM background and a genuine interest in technology. We welcome anyone building a career around applying technology to business problems.

  • Proven ability to work independently and drive results.

  • Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Customer Service Oriented.

  • Project Management and measurement reporting experience desirable.
