- Make routine rounds of assigned section to obtain beverage orders, such as wine, bottled or draft beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with proper garnishes from guests
- Utilizes sales techniques to up-sell and suggestively sell menu items, specials, and beverages
- Up sells and suggestively sells menu items, specials and beverages at all times
- Up-sell and suggestively sell menu items, specials, and beverages
- Handles all payments for alcoholic beverages accurately, per established check tendering procedures
- Understand all applicable laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages (As dictated by the Banquet/Beverage Department)
- Assist guests with beverage and food selection, demonstrating salesmanship with complete product knowledge
- Clean, organize, and stock glassware, coffee, water, beverage napkins, ashtrays, straws
- Abide by all State, State Gaming, Federal and Corporate liquor Regulations
