Responsible for the music ministry of Lakeview Korean United Presbyterian Church under the direction and supervision of the senior pastor; Prepare church music for Sunday main services and special worship services; Coordinate song and music selections in consultation with the senior pastor\'s sermons or desired topic; Preside over the music performance during worship services; Schedule, prepare for, and direct weekly rehearsals for choirs, ensembles, and worship teams; Arrange music for congregational singing, choirs, ensembles, and worship teams; Identify, recruit, and train gifted church members for church choirs, ensembles, worship teams, and church music programs; Organize the church music committee, and plan, prepare, and administer music-related events such as annual choir presentations, music festivals, weddings and funerals, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc. and other music programs for the church; and Perform other related duties required for operation of the churchs music ministry as assigned by the senior pastor.
