The Learning Management System Coordinator (LMS) is responsible for driving use and improvements to the Learning Management System for North America Hach teams. This role will help us deliver innovative and creative trainings for associates to improve engagement, safety, health, environmental, sustainability, quality and more!

This position is part of the Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability + Quality (EHSS+Q ) team located in Loveland, CO or Ames, IA and will be on-site with the potential for a hybrid schedule in the future.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Serve as the Learning Management System (LMS) Super User, coordinate and implement system upgrades by maintaining liaison with LMS suppliers

  • Manage implementation and upkeep of training curricula, user groups, and users across multiple departments and sites through excellent communication skills both verbal and written with all levels of the organization

  • Review, create, and improve training materials and quizzes

  • Supporting department owners by providing information (reports, dashboards, training etc.) to drive improvements to content, performance and functionality of the LMS

  • Troubleshoot learning management system and user issues to recommend and implement solutions

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Education equivalent to associate degree with 1 year of previous teaching or LMS experience, or the equivalent in related work experience.

  • 3-5 years related experience in Learning Management System and/or Training role(s).

  • Engaged in current technology as it applies to LMS software and systems.

  • Business systems software experience (Agile, ComplianceWire) preferred.

  • General knowledge of ISO or FDA standards preferred.

  • The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

  • This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

  • We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
