Job Title: Manufacturing Technical Writer

Job Description

Join our dynamic organization in our Noblesville, Indiana location as a Manufacturing Technical Writer. In this role, you will support the documentation for an exciting new product slated for production in the coming years. Your primary goal will be to prepare documentation for a submission to the FDA by August, with more products in the pipeline ensuring ongoing work. This role involves authoring and revising technical documentation including facility and equipment SOPs, batch records, specifications, and training documents. You will also manage change controls necessary to implement new procedures and facilitate the launch of new products.

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field

  • 3+ years of Technical Writing experience

  • Experience with GMP / cGMP regulations

Soft Skills

  • Ability to ensure content of documentation is clear, concise, and complete

  • Ability to coordinate with operations, R&D, and quality representatives

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet timelines

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 8 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Noblesville, Indiana.

Work Environment

Initially onsite for the first 2-3 weeks to learn equipment and process, followed by a 50/50 split between remote work and onsite. Flexibility in scheduling is available, typically alternating between one week onsite and one week remote.
