In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Dealing with Bank, Maintaining cash flows and having knowledge of Export data management system at Bank portal, custom Import remittances, FIRC/BRC

• Review Withholding Taxes & tax collected at source and clearing pending demands w.r.t TDS on the Income tax portal, preparing TDS reconciliations of returns vis à vis books of accounts

• Handling Statutory/internal audit closure w.r.t auditor queries, internal controls, vouching etc.

• Handling Account Payable and payments - Tracking timely payments and advances to vendors and complying with the MSME Act and reconciliation with proper coordination with the centralized accounts team.

• Employees payable- Handling employees advances and recovery, reviewing expense reports filed by employees, and coordinating with centralized accounts team for the same.

• Accounts Receivable- Tracking on accounts Receivable and follow up with debtors/ customers.

• Working with team for Month end closing process and finalization of Profit & Loss on monthly basis.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in commerce, CA Inter or MBA in Finance with 6-10 years of experience in Finance

• Strong computer skills

• Minimum English language skills - speaking and writing

• Able to work in a team

• Able to work from office
