Primary Responsibilities:

• Providing Production support for any issues, ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks as per SLA

• Be able to handle the Functional issues, related to the modules like Billing, Accounts Receivable, Project Costing, Contracts

• Job monitoring, analysis on the user reported issue on ERP, debugging problems, PLM tasks, providing code fixes & testing. Conduct root cause analysis on all incidents & recommend a corrective action plan

• Provide Functional leadership to the team. Mentor and guide the Business whenever required

• Adherence to the defined Operations delivery process/guidelines like Problem Management, Incident Management, Change Management, SLA Compliance, productivity and other application goals etc.

• Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go/No Go decision

• Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation

• Ensure availability over weekends/holidays as may be needed due to project requirements

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education)

• Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience in PeopleSoft Technical and Functional Financial side

• PeopleSoft technical knowledge on - Application Engine, PeopleCode, Integration Broker, File Layouts, Component Interface, PS etc.

• Functional knowledge on the modules like Billing, Accounts Receivable, Project Costing, Contracts

• Interface and Integration knowledge with 3 rd party systems, worked on Integration broker

• Knowledge of tools details - PeopleSoft 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.58 or greater, Hands-on experience in Oracle 19c

• Knowledge of PeopleTools and its objects, along with the PeopleSoft functional modules understanding, this would be needed to provide the appropriate solution

• Proven ability to work directly with the Business and Provide support on day to day issues along with the Bug fixes/Customizations

• Proven ability to develop re-usable application components using PeopleCode technology that was adopted across multiple projects
