After seeing impressive growth in India, we're launching in the US Real Estate market, where we work with brokerage teams to help qualify sales leads. This candidate would be one of the early members to launch this market.
Responsibilities
Content Creation: Develop and execute a compelling social media strategy aligned with our business goals. Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to our B2B audience.
Brand Management: Maintain and grow our brand's social media presence. Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a way that aligns with our brand voice.
Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics. Use data to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
Community Engagement: Foster a community around our brand by engaging with followers, industry influencers, and potential clients.
Campaigns: Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in social media management & content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful B2B social media campaigns and content pieces.
Social Media Savvy: Proven experience in managing social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn. A minimum of 5,000 followers on your personal LinkedIn profile is required.
Viral Content Creation: Demonstrated ability to create viral content, with at least 3 posts receiving over 1 Lakh impressions each.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to craft engaging and persuasive messages.
Analytical Skills: Experience with social media analytics tools to measure the performance of content and campaigns.
