We are looking for a casual Administrative Assistant interested and with the ability to work in any of our clinics in Surrey, Burnaby, North Vancouver.    This is a casual relief position to cover vacation/sick time across our clinics.  Shifts will be confirmed in advance and/or for day callouts.  A minimum of 3 shifts per month will be required to retain this position.

The position's ideal candidate is available during our core hours of Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm at a minimum.  There is further opportunity to cover shifts outside of core hours as our clinics can be open 7 days a week from 7am to 9pm.

Preference will be given to those who have a vehicle or ready access to one as the position will require to work across our clinics: Nordel, South Surrey, Burnaby and North Vancouver.

Hourly rate starting at $18/hour.

  • The successful person will be responsible for reception, answering and directing calls, processing referrals, file set up and management, sending reports, supporting an interdisciplinary clinical team with in person and telehealth service delivery, and providing exceptional customer experience to both external and internal customers. The position may also support clinical accreditation procedures as well as the corporate Health & Safety program.  

    We invite candidates with similar experience, intermediate skills in MS Office, Zoom, Outlook, MS Teams, etc.  If you enjoy helping people and being part of a collaborative team, bring your exceptional customer service and communication skills along with you ability to problem solve and organize multiple priorities.
