Are you a self-starter, highly intuitive, and great at customer service? A prestigious company located in Norfolk, Ne is seeking Operators to join their team. As an Operator, you will be testing, responding, and assisting the crew with various jobs around the plant. It requires 12 hour shifts working one month on days and then nights the next month. Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot plant or equipment issues
Assist maintenance as needed
Perform samples and testing of the specific processes
Respond to the data collected and keep timely/accurate logs
Monitor Fermentation data and report variations as needed
Ability to critically think proactively and decisively
Self starter and high initiative
Ability to perform basic sanitation functions
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Proficient with Microsoft Applications
Strong customer service
Great written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be in and adapt to all weather conditions
Ability to handle heights, no signs of acrophobia
Lift 50lbs & push/pull 120 lbs
Ability to multitask with ease
Good attendance
Able to work 12hr shifts on days and nights
