What you will do:

• Accountable for overall operations of location (warehousing, logistics, inventory)
• Plan, direct, and manage multi shift distribution
• Oversee field activities, equipment scheduling, and maintenance
• Develop and implement opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, leverage of technology, and improved service within the distribution
• Lead and develop a high performing team to meet goals and work with a cross functional mindset
• Provide customer service for internal and external customers ex.golf courseand landscape professionals
• Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained at all times by enforcing Companystandards and following up on regular safety inspections

What you will bring:

• 5+ years of relevant management experience in turf & landscape or a combination in supervisory, education, and work experience
• Agricultural based degree desired
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
• Turf and ornamental references preffered
• Mechanically Inclination

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range is $60,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year depending on qualifications and experience. This range is for an Operations Supervisor in North Brunswick, NJ. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive planconsistent with the terms of our program(s) where discretionary pay out of awards is reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
