Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a controller to join a fast-growing, family owned, pool construction and design company in Charleston, SC. This position is a senior management role that oversees all operations of the organizations finance and accounting department to ensure the business is operating effectively and efficiently. This includes the production of periodic financial reports, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and management of a comprehensive set of controls, budgets, and forecasting designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the companys reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Skills and Requirements

- Previous leadership experience

- Experience working with quick books

- 5+ years of experience with budgeting, budget development, accounting

- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field - CPA Certification

- Masters in accounting/finance

- Experience in the construction/pool industry null
