ASRC Federal Field Services provides logistical support at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in North Charleston (FLETC Federal Complex off Spruill Avenue). We are looking for Laundry Porters.

This position provides a full range of linen services to the Dormitory including but not limited to transportation, removal, setup and inventory of linen lockers.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for removal of linens from each dorm and taking them to the Laundry.

• Responsible for restocking each dorm with fresh linens from the Laundry as directed.

• Responsible for pulling housekeeping trash from all buildings daily.

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of truck, including but not limited to washing the truck, sweeping and cleaning the inside of the truck and putting gas in the truck.

Overall Work Schedule: (Full-Time -- 40 hours weekly)

Monday-Saturday 8:00am-5:00 pm

Requirements :

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) equivalent is preferred

• Must be a US or Naturalized Citizen

• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen and physical

• Must have a valid driver's license

• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.

• Must be able to lift 70lbs.

• Must be able to carry linens and supplies up and down 3-5 flights of stairs.
