Job Title: Maintenance Tech

Pay: 26-33 hr

Job Description

Assist assembly teams in machine setup and tooling/fixture changes. Serve as the initial responder to machine breakdowns, providing basic troubleshooting before the Maintenance team's involvement. Keep the technical team informed of machine/part issues on the manufacturing floor. Handle tool/fixture changes and verify quality after adjustments. Assist in first piece inspection and adjustments, process parameter checks (grease levels, air pressure, electronic values), and perform equipment preventive and corrective maintenance. Update charts, attend DRM 2/Shop Floor Management meetings, and maintain 5S of assigned areas. Manage safety yellow cards, troubleshoot and solve equipment or process issues, and support Engineering during new trials and part capability verifications. Utilize e-maintenance software, raise/implement suggestions, assist in technical team projects, and support all manufacturing activities directly or indirectly. Perform other Production/Maintenance tasks as needed.
