Purpose: Work collaboratively with technology and business groups to conceive, design, engineer, and implement data, software, and technology solutions that solve significant scientific or business problems. Investigate, identify, and implement state-of-the-art technology tools that drive productivity and efficiency gains in own function and throughout multiple business areas. Contribute to advancement of technology in area of expertise. Develop productive collaborations and communications with other groups across multiple disciplines. This role is aligned with the OES organization and responsible to administer Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence and associated Atlassian add-ons to improve the efficiency of the OES (Operations and Enterprise Systems) organization. Qual Call Notes: • Jira data center, Linux or Unix basic skills, to navigate folder structure, find files, see whats wrong in files, open files, they have SAP transfer issues, if they can patch install add ons, its application management, permissions, screen scheme, workflows in jira, • They have their own datacenter instance, they have to patching with Jira • Hands on experience with server work and navigate using Linux, troubleshooting integrations, moving files from dev to task, • 6 months to a year but will for sure Responsibilities: List up to 10 main responsibilities for the job. Include information about the accountability and scope. •Conceive, architect, design, engineer, document and implement technology solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; Routinely demonstrate initiative and creativity in developing and enhancing technology solutions. •Serve as technical expert to develop, test and implement significant new products, or operational improvements or devise new approaches to problems at the division/business unit. •Analyzes and resolves technical problems using analytical problem solving methods/techniques and associated tools/devices. •Contribute to advancement of OES by studying state-of-the-art tools, techniques, and computing equipment; participate in educational opportunities and professional organizations. •Demonstrate high proficiency with Atlassian technologies (Jira, Confluence, Big Picture, Tempo, Structure etc) including configuring, scripting, programming, integrating, data analysis and visualization tools. •Highly autonomous and productive in performing activities, requiring only minimal direction from or interaction with supervisor. Accountable for successful and timely completion of all tasks/projects under direct and matrix control. • Accountable for tools administration, issue resolution, opportunity identification, and execution of enhancements. May initiate new areas of investigation that are meaningful, reliable, and can be incorporated directly into a scientific or business activity. •Provides technical leadership and mentors and consults with less experienced staff in in planning, methods, procedures, standards and best practices. •Maintains relationships with affiliates, subsidiaries, and vendors in accordance with Abbvie Values, Vendor Management Office, and Purchasing to further the mission, vision and goals of the organization. •Understand and adhere to corporate standards regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, data security, and the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications: List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience. Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years’ experience; Master’s Degree with 5 years’ experience; PhD with 0 years’ experience. 2+ years of Atlassian ecosystem administration (ACP-SA Certification is desired). Deep hands-on expertise with the Atlassian product suite (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and others) Experience with programming languages Java/ JavaScript / Web HTML and JQuery technologies Experience with Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework within Jira and how Jira supports scalability architecturally (certification is desirable) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Proven implementation of creative technology solutions that advanced the business. Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
