These *entry level *Manufacturing Positions (Utility) in North East (16428) are truly entry level! If you're new to manufacturing and have a strong desire to learn, our utility positions are for you! 1st and 2nd shift availability. F3 Metalworx provides a $13-14/HR base wage, with the potential for two other incentives: an attendance incentive of +$1.00/hr for good attendance and a shift differential for all 2nd shift employees of another +$1.00/hr. Duties and Responsibilities

• Part names and numbers
• Proper metals and equipment prior to use
• Setup tooling for the following machines
• Spot weld
• PEM insertion
• Graining
• Assembly
• Document use and wear of all tooling

Complete process checks prior to and during operation to confirm the following

• Tolerances
• Proper machine function
• Quality standards
• Maintain accuracy and motivation on repetitive jobs
• Maintain a clean working area during and after operation
• Ensure machine is clean and in proper working condition prior to, during and after use
• Communicate clearly with the next shift regarding the following
• Completed items
• Urgent items
• Machine details
• Items schedule next
• Report any broken tooling or machinery in a timely manner

• Initiate process improvements

Education Level

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

Must Haves

• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 55 lbs on your own and up to 70 lbs with a team lift or equipment assistance
• Ability to walk, bend, stoup, crouch, kneel, climb, stand for 10 hours
• Ability to work in high temperatures
• Ability to communicate needs and concerns in a timely manner
• Ability to read and understand process sheets
• Ability to hear horns, buzzers, and an intercom page, and respond accordingly
• Ability to wear proper PPE- eye protection, gloves, and steel or safety toe shoes or boots
• Ability to use electrical and manual tools
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Ability to use and understand MIE (MRP system)
