Job Description Sales Associate Pay Scale: The pay scale for the Retail Wig, Hair, and Accessories Store Sales associate position ranges from $12 to $15 per hour, depending on experience and performance.

Working Hours: The working hours for this position are between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm, with flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required by the store schedule.

Position Overview: Le'Host Hair and Wigs is seeking a customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Retail Wig, Hair, and Accessories Store Sales associate. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our valued customers, assisting them with their product needs, and maintaining a welcoming and professional environment at our store.

Job Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service: Greet customers as they enter the store, engage with them in a friendly and helpful manner, and provide personalized assistance to meet their wig, hair, and accessories requirements. 2. Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, including wigs, hairpieces, hair care products, and accessories, in order to assist customers with their selections and inquiries. 3. Sales and Upselling: Actively promote products and suggest complementary items to enhance the customer's shopping experience. Aim to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Product Display and Maintenance: Ensure the store is neatly organized and products are appropriately displayed to create an inviting shopping atmosphere. Restock and replenish inventory as needed. 5. Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handle cash, credit card transactions, and issue receipts professionally. 6. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate supervisor if necessary. 7. Maintain Store Cleanliness: Keep the store clean and tidy throughout the day to ensure a pleasant shopping environment for customers. 8. Store Opening/Closing Duties: Assist with store opening and closing tasks, including cash register reconciliation, securing the store, and preparing it for the next business day. 9. Knowledge of Trends: Stay up-to-date with current wig, hair, and beauty trends to better assist customers and provide relevant recommendations. 10. Adherence to Policies: Follow store policies and procedures, including pricing, returns, and exchanges, to ensure consistent and efficient operations. 11. Upskill and Training: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
