Lawn Maintenance
- This is a full-time position. Schedule is Monday to Friday with some Saturdays when needed. The workday starts at 6:45am and will end when the work is complete. There is the potential for 12+ hour days.
- Will need to have some basic knowledge of lawn mowing (zero turn and push mower), weed eating/trimming, backpack blowing, etc.
- Job sites will include both residential and commercial properties
- Will need to have a reliable form of transportation to get the employee to the job site. We do prefer that this is their own vehicle as a family member or friend is not always reliable
- Will need to have the drive and motivation to work potentially long hours in the heat and sun. This company does work rain or shine. Rain days may be shorter than normal.
- Candidates need to have a clean background and pass an initial drug test
- There is no cussing or foul language of any kind on job sites
- There is no smoking of any kind, including vaping, on job sites
- Candidates will need to have a positive attitude and be able to get along with a tight knit crew
- This position is mainly outside, manual labor. Candidates will need to be able to handle summer weather as well as bring necessitiesto prepare for weather.
- PPE will include steel toed boots, safety vest. gloves, safety glasses and a hat. Ear protection is optional
