Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with a top manufacturer of sports safety equipment and we are looking for Assemblers and Production Workers to join our team in North Ridgeville, Ohio immediately! We pride ourselves on providing top-notch safety athletic equipment that serve athletes from youth football leagues all the way to the NFL. Pay & Benefits:
$15.50-$16.75 (see below for details)
$200 referral bonus for each candidate you refer that works for 30 days (unlimited bonus opportunity, 5 referrals = $1000!)

Positions and Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 5am-1:30pm, 6am-2:30pm (depends on position)
- Disassembly ($15.75)
- Shoulder Pad Repair ($16)
- Assembly (16-$16.50)
- 2nd Shift: 3pm-11:30pm
- Sand Blasting ($16.75)
Some overtime will be worked with an advanced notice
Required Skills:
- Assembly - Some roles require prior experience with hand tools and power tools, some require no experience
- Shoulder Pad Repair - Prior experience with hand tools and power tools
- Disassembly - Prior experience with hand tools and power tools
- Sand Blaster - Prior experience using a Sand blaster
Qualifications:
No manufacturing or industrial experience necessary!
Must be looking to grow with a company
Must be comfortable standing on your feet for 8+ hours per shift
