Colton RV is seeking a Paint, Collision, Body Shop Technician, based out of our North Tonawanda Facility. As a Body Shop Technician, you will repair and restore damaged RVs to the highest quality.

Requirements Your accountabilities include: * Inspect incoming RVs and assess repairs needed. * Complete all preparation processes according to specification and as outlined in the written repair order. * Repair body damage using appropriate tools and materials. * Participate in discussion and assisting in problem solving to keep all vehicles on schedule for on-time delivery and repaired to Colton and Customer standards. * Utilize all required safety equipment and safeguards in order to comply with OSHA guidelines * Adhere to all requirements for hazardous waste disposal. * Perform other related duties as assigned.
To be successful you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalency degree * Body Shop/Collision Shop experience, ideal * Fiberglass repair and shaping * Paint masking and spraying * Aluminum metal work * Welding, a plus
Valid State License & Clean Driving Record Required
