What to Expect:

In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring the smooth operation of the NCI corporate fleet and provide support to administrative tasks related to office facilities. You will also oversee the Corporate Mobile Device Policy and the Teleworker Policy.

A day in the life:

  • Oversee administration of Nestlé Corporate Fleet program, ensuring adherence to budgets, policies and procedures

  • Point of contact for all internal escalations related to fleet or workplace solutions assigned policies

  • Seek opportunities for cost improvements and regular cap cost discussions with senior leadership

  • Ensure effective administrative support provided for employee events which include Retirement and Service Awards and Special Events (e.g. Kid’s Christmas Party, 25 Year Luncheon, Summer BBQ)

  • Accountability over various key initiatives: Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Crisis Liaison for Canadian Business Travelers

  • Facilitate the alignment among the team, Nestlé employees and Preferred Vendors / Service Providers with accountability over improving process, controls, roles and responsibilities

  • Accountable for assessments, monitoring contractual obligations and developing Service Level Agreements to improve process, controls, roles and responsibilities of key business partners, namely; Element (Fleet Management), Novitex (Mail Room, Printing, Reception) and Precise Parklink & Sheppard Center (North York Parking)

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years fleet management experience or general management experience

  • Completion of a University Degree with a focus on Finance & Control / Business Administration is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Completion of post secondary certification is also an asset (C.M.A., C.G.A., C.A., and M.B.A.)

  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues internally and externally. define opportunities for mutual benefit and address issues with service level

  • Must have the ability to influence and work with senior executives, business leaders and Nestlé employees at all levels to address and resolve issues as well as drive process change/improvement, employee actions and team performance

  • Excellent communication, project management and analytical skills, with high proficiency in Excel

  • Advanced knowledge of key functions and priorities, e.g. capital budgeting, knowledge of industry-norm HR policies, traceability and quality fundamentals
