Account Manager vacancy - Zesty are recruiting for an Account Manager to join our talented team.

Your Team: The client services team are experts in delivering great customer service to our clients and are integral to linking together client needs with developers, ensuring teams are kept updated, and informed, and ensuring that work is delivered on time.

Your role: As an Account Manager, reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will manage and develop client accounts for Ireland’s leading digital agency, as well as managing customer expectations and in-house resources to ensure client requirements are met.

Day to day you will:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for appointed clients

  • Manage the delivery and profitability of web projects across your accounts

  • Work with the full agency team to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget

  • Manage web projects, from briefing through to documentation, delivery and reporting

  • Brief and liaise with the User Experience, User Interface, Web Development and Digital Marketing teams

  • Manage clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring they are kept fully informed

  • Lead client review meetings

  • Adhere to internal accounting/reporting procedures for billing and time management

  • Produce documentation detailing project requirements for client approval and internal usage

  • Identify new business opportunities from Client list

What we’re looking for from you:

You will be an Account Manager who is well-versed in managing client projects and growing accounts. You’ll be someone with an interest in technology and ideally have experience of using Content Management Systems, such as Wordpress or Kentico. Other skills and experience include:

  • Well-organised and who thrives as part of a team

  • Solutions focussed trying to solve problems for our clients

  • A great communicator who can understand and unpick client requirements and turn those into briefs for designers and developers.

  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a busy environment and enjoy working across different clients in different sectors. No two clients (or two days!) will be the same and you’ll be someone who enjoys that variety in a role.
