DoD Secret Clearance Required
-Seeking an Army Systens Data SME Analyst for an Army Military Pay program to support the design and implementation activity.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics (or equivalent)
--Experience with and deep understanding of Army HR, pay, and/or financial business processes and 10 years + of related experience
-Experience with existing Army Pay and Human Resources data and systems preferred
-Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic priorities, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Active or Interim DoD Secret clearance
-Training provided - Must obtain SAFe Certified Agilist certification within 90 days of start date
What you will do:
-Work collaboratively with customers, business analysts, functional SMEs, system testers, and end-users in a fast-paced, agile environment
-Support design, documentation, and implementation activity for PeopleSoft HCM modules and interfaces
-Assist with supporting- backlog refinement sessions with the product development team to define, refine, and estimate work items with a common understanding incorporating inputs from a functional, technical, and user perspective (Definition of Ready)
-Work collaboratively with Product Ownership and Business Stakeholders to prioritize work items and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the product development team during the development cycle to ensure the customer needs are being met
Qualifications that are Nice to Have:
-Experience with Agile SAFe process - SAFe Agilist certified
-Software development background, PeopleSoft HCM experience
-Experience using Azure DevOps
-Active DoD Secret Clearance
