• Provide basic customer support to customers within the value added business line - Order entry from 2 external portals, one being Amazon.com order fulfillment - Provide basic support to business unit leaders - Communicate with customer service and billing to ensure service and payment execution - Use Microsoft Excel for basic data entry or customer lookup information This is a new role in a new department and there will be adjustments made to the role over the contract period
