HashiCorp Sr. Partner Alliances Manager (Non-Sales) in Northwest, United States
We are looking for a skilled Senior Partner Alliances Manager who can independently own and grow partner relationships with Microsoft. Partners form the cornerstone of HashiCorp’s success and are pivotal to our long-term success and sustained growth. This is a full-time position, individual contributor, based in the US and will report to the Sr. Director of Partner Alliances. The role will include less than 10% travel.

In this role you can expect to:
Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with Microsoft that align with our product roadmap and business goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within Microsoft at various levels especially within R&D including driving quarterly executive product reviews
Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to identify new partnership opportunities with Microsoft.
Work collaboratively with Microsoft on technical integrations and solutions to ensure seamless user experience and drive customer adoption.
Develop a deep understanding of Microsoft’s technology stack, products, and strategic direction.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to integrate Microsoft technologies into our offerings.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and build relationships with key Microsoft personnel and industry influencers.
What you’ll need (minimum qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or business degree.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical alliance management, business development (non sales), or a related role within the technology industry.
Be located in Seattle area since proximity to Microsoft is important to success of this role
Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with Microsoft working at an ISV partner or with other ISVs being at Microsoft.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing, software development, and enterprise solutions.
Experience working with product and engineering teams within R&D
Exhibited ability to work cross functionally across R&D, Marketing and Field organizations to drive partnership goals
Ability to think of win-win situations and navigating organizational complexity
What's nice to have (preferred qualifications):
Experience in working at Microsoft.
MBA or advanced technical degree.
Microsoft certifications or expertise in Microsoft products.

Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job related-factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.
The base pay range for this role is:
$153,000—$180,000 USD
The OTE pay range for this role is:
$183,600—$216,000 USD
