DeLaney Staffing Group Manufacturing Team Member in Norwalk, Ohio
Manufacturing team members are responsible for loading and unloading machines followed by inspecting all product. Available Shifts: Monday - Friday Additional overtime on Saturdays as needed Training on 1st shift, 6a-2:30p for 4-6 weeks. After training, must move to 3rd shift, 9:30p-6a Pay Rate: $18.13 - $19.13/hr Describe the work environment: A clean and temperature controlled environment with a break area and a range of departments servicing the medical field. Job Description: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Ensure on-time completion of daily/weekly production on targets and shipments, and/or on-time delivery of RAW, WIP and Finished Goods, and/or inspection of product and materials in he RAW, WIP and Finished Goods state, to end users at the specified quality standard. Loading and unloading machines with product and the inspection of all product.
