We are currently looking for LPC, LPCC, LPCC-S, LSW, LISW, LISW-S, MFT, IMFT, IMFT-S clinicians who would like to work for a locally operated company that seeks to see our clients as people first; not just a diagnosis. We prefer clinicians with an independent license, but have an LPCC-S available for supervision hours. Play Therapy Supervision is also available, by a RPT-S. Hours will vary, based on your part-time/full-time status, as well as your individual preference. We are looking for clinicians to fill our growing agency either through in-person counseling or tele-counseling. Come grow with a local company here to help local people. Clear Minds is an equal opportunity employer. Job Purpose: Supports clients by providing mental health counseling. Duties: * Obtain client's background information to create and oversee treatment plans. * Provide individual counseling sessions. * Utilize knowledge of mental health counseling and treatment methods; tailoring approach to client needs. * Modify treatment plans by maintaining case history and progress notes and communicating with other professionals. * Educate family members by counseling them on the most appropriate and helpful roles they can fulfill in the process. * Restore client functioning. * Ensure client information remains confidential. * Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. * Serves and protects the mental health community by adhering to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and company standards. * Enhance company's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Skills/Qualifications: Psychosocial Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Resolving Conflict, People Skills, Emotional Control, Professionalism, Flexibility, Detail-Oriented, Communication Skills, Computer Skills. Licensure Needed: Minimum of LPC, LSW, or MFT
