Under the guidance of the Director, the Sr. | | Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for overseeing the | | recruiting, admissions, and scholarship process for the Notre Dame | | Global ExecutiveMBAprogram. This position will work in partnership | | with the Senior Director of Graduate Enrollment and Director of | | Graduate Admissions to set the overall admissions strategy for each | | admissions cycle as the team works towards the program enrollment | | goals and target cohort profiles set in partnership with Mendoza | | College and Academic Leadership. | | | | Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the | | following: | | | | - Managing the team of admissions professionals (2-3 staff) for the | | Global ExecutiveMBAprogram. S/he is responsible for attracting, | | retaining and developing talent within the team and implementing | | management systems to foster a culture of collaboration. | | - Overseeing the admissions and fellowship process including | | reading and evaluating applications, executing the admissions | | interview strategy, making admissions and fellowship decisions | | for the Notre Dame Global ExecutiveMBAprogram ensuring decisions | | are timely and accurate, while always staying focused on the | | enrollment and budget goals and target class profiles. | | - Actively recruit new students by conducting outreach by phone and | | email campaigns or meeting with candidates in person or via Zoom, | | represent the Notre Dame GlobalMBAat domestic recruitment events, | | and engage current students and alumni. Travel to recruitment | | events in the US as applicable. | | - Evaluate applications within the Notre Dame Global | | ExecutiveMBAprogram and recommend a course of action.
