Boehringer Ingelheim Quality Assurance Assistant in Noventa Padovana, Italy

THE POSITION

In this position you will join the Quality Assurance team in the Boehringer Ingelheim production site in Noventa Padovana, where veterinary vaccines are produced. You will support implementation and monitoring systems and processes in order to ensure that the Quality of the Systems and product manufactured or distributed are satisfactory according to the GMP rules and the BI AH guidelines

We offer a 2 years contract

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong focus on building and enhancing the local Quality Culture;

  • Ensuring that a quality management system is implemented and maintained;

  • Support and promote activities and initiatives coordinating them between Quality and Manufacturing areas with a strong focus on technical capabilities, aseptic behaviour and new strategies to be applied on the shopfloor;

  • Support the staff and collaborate with different contributors, encourage collaboration and team work, according to the Corporate and local policies.

  • Assure the organization and improvement of the Quality-related training programs;

  • Support the quality documentation and the data integrity compliance;

Requirements:

  • Degree in Scientific discipline (CTF, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or Biology);

  • Minimum 2 years of experience on the job in a GMP environment;

  • Knowledge of European Pharmacopeia and Good Manufacturing practice (GMP);

  • Good Knowledge of the English language (level B2/C1) and Native Level Italian language;

  • Good Knowledge and autonomy in the use of PC and Office package;

  • Good organizational skills, ability to work in team/ individually and to manage critical or complex situations;

  • Analytical attitude, ability to work methodically and carefully according to tight deadlines;
