Teradyne Global Director, System Integrator Program in Novi, Michigan

The Global Director, System Integration Program is responsible for strategically growing the UR System Integration channel.
This includes developing global strategies aligned with focus industries, developing global partnerships, overseeing governance and operating cadence for regional program execution, and driving overall sales growth. We seek a dynamic, energetic, experienced leader with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing robotic system integration channels.
The Global Director will work with all UR regions on defining the go2market strategy, select the right System Integration partners, further develop and drive our partner program to make sure our System Integration channel will follow our ambitious growth targets.
He/She will organize all necessary support from the UR Headquarter in Denmark to the regions by building a strong internal network to Senior Mgmt., Product Management, Legal and Finance.
Additionally, this role will report into the Global Director, Industry Verticals and Solution Channels. The preferred home office location is in USA, Germany, UK, France or Spain.
**Travel of up to 60% is expected.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive System Integration business growth and enhance profitability globally through functional regional teams
Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships with key System Integrators
Operational Management: Oversee program operations, optimizing program entitlements to maximize OEM client growth, and ensuring effective governance across all regions
Financial Oversight: Set and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and continuously address gaps to ensure cost-effective operations
Innovation and Improvement: Foster an entrepreneurial culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Support new market development and contribute to product roadmap applications
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team via a matrixed organization, promoting collaboration and an entrepreneurial spirit
Market Analysis: Ensure the SI program align to core and high growth industry verticals as defined by UR Strategy team
Customer Focus: Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service and effective cross-functional communication with marketing, service, and product teams
Qualifications:
Experience in working with direct and indirect customers and channel partners
Minimum 15+ years of experience in commercial functions
Business acumen that can be applied at different levels of decision makers from senior management to technical support
Hands-on mentality, take ownership as well on operational tasks
Previous experience in industrial automation, solution/project businesses involving highly technical products
Strong process orientation, preferably including project management experience
Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written
Data driven character, with strong analytical skillset
Applicable experience with MS Office, Business Objects and CRM tools, like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
Fluent in English, other languages would be of value
