Job Summary: Manage complex and /or global programs, lead the cross-functional project team to carry out development work according to internal and external requirements within the approved project budget and satisfy all the requirements of customers, including time, cost, and quality. Coaching of Program Leaders and Project Coordinators to improve the overall Project Management ability of the project team. Responsibilities: Responsible to execute the assigned complex and/or global programs within the approved budget, expected time and quality. Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate communication and deliverables between and within functional areas (e.g. Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Operations) to define the project requirements and targets incl. timing, cost, quality, product performance and manufacturability Monitor & ensure regular updates of project financials. On-time submission of capex approval requests & SSOWs Lead changes involving and coordinating the related customer programs and plants by using the program management process in PLM (ECR/ECN) Provides on-site support to the plant team throughout the pre-production builds and focuses on launch readiness and PSO (process sign-off) Continuously drive cost and quality improvement activities for all launched projects until EOP Conduct Project and Gate Reviews on a regular basis, ensure participation by relevant sponsor and stakeholders, report summary project status on monthly basis and ensure project documentation in PLM Program Plan (e.g. Project File, SOW, timeline, PMP deliverables, drawings, BOM). Participate in Program Management Steering Committee meetings and Review PMP improvements (based on lessons learned from running programs). Ensure full compliance with YF IOS across all programs. New business support support business department to identify and even explore potential new business opportunities. Qualifications: Masters Degree or equivalent in an engineering or business discipline and compensating training in the other area Program Management certification preferred. 3-5 years experience in manufacturing industry in three SDT areas 3 years experience in project management, of which at least 2 years are in the automotive industry. Experience with Customer and Supplier relationship management Project Management skills Strong communication and organizational skills Leadership, team player, flexibility, and assertiveness Good technical understanding Knowledge and understanding of basic standards/requirements and procedures in the industry. Development process of customers APQP PPAP Able to balance cost, timing and quality constraints while utilizing available company resources. MS Project, MS Office
