What You’ll Do

• Get hands-on experience in your chosen department with real projects, deadlines, and responsibilities.

• Collaborate with fellow interns on a summer-long Capstone project and present your findings to Ace’s leadership team.

• Participate in exciting events, including Q&A sessions with Ace’s CEO and Senior Leadership, a Distribution Center tour, LinkedIn "Rock Your Profile" training, volunteer opportunities with the Ace Hardware Foundation, Employee Appreciation Week, and team-building activities.

Who You Are

You're eager to learn, grow, and work alongside some of the best in the industry. You’re driven to make an impact, excited about innovation, and looking to kickstart your career—possibly even securing a full-time role post-graduation!

Required Skills

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree and entering your senior year (Graduating December 2025 or May 2026)

• Prior experience is a plus but not required

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to quickly adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment

• A self-motivated, ambitious team player who takes ownership of projects

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Passionate about Ace Hardware and eager to contribute

• Comfortable giving presentations to colleagues, managers, and directors
