Description We are seeking a Treasury Manager to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, located in Westmont, Illinois. This role entails operational responsibilities and strategic oversight in our treasury department. You are expected to handle both day-to-day tasks and contribute to big-picture planning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily treasury operations, including account openings and closings

• Change signatories on bank accounts as required

• Assist in creating and implementing better processes and disciplines within the team to enhance efficiency

• Respond to inquiries from the team based in India, providing guidance and support as needed

• Address access issues promptly to ensure timely release of wire payments

• Contribute to ongoing projects such as updating signatories on account projects

• Organize workflow to ensure smooth transition of paperwork handling to the team in India

• Generate reports and visualize process workflow for improved transparency and understanding

• Use systems like Zendesk for ticketing, Kyriba for Treasury Management and Excel for data management

• Leverage knowledge of banking platforms to provide agnostic support and improve operational efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Treasury Manager or in a similar role within the Real Estate & Property industry.

• Comprehensive knowledge and skillset in Corporate Treasury, Global Treasury, and Treasury Management.

• Proven ability in Treasury Operations and handling Treasury Activities.

• Experience in overseeing and managing a Treasury Department.

• Proficiency in handling Banking Services related to Treasury operations.

• Demonstrable ability to implement strategic treasury initiatives.

• Exceptional financial acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with different stakeholders.

• Strong leadership skills to manage a team and drive performance.

• High proficiency in using treasury management software and tools.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is required; an advanced degree or certification like Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) is a plus.
