JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Maintain, inspect and repair Stoughton Lease & Rental Trailers * Follow directions, document maintenance according to procedure and understand and complete work orders * Utilize paper and computer systems to accurately build, track and complete repairs including the tracking of time, parts used, and work completed * Perform inventory functions according to maintenance schedule * Complete Federal Highway Administration inspections * Working Hours will be 7a - 4p CST Monday through Friday Above is a list of the most important responsibilities and functions, which are essential to the position. Qualifications * Education: Associate degree or two-year equivalent work experience * Licenses/Certifications: o Annual Vehicle and/or Brake Inspector o CDL Recommended * Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong communication skills with a friendly disposition and the ability to work well with others. * Core Competencies: o Creative problem-solving skills, analytical skills o Attention to details o Willingness to learn new skills and techniques Training: * Orientation Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Please refer to the general office physical demands checklist for more information regarding the working conditions and physical requirements for this job.
