TS/SCI Regular Common Responsibilities: Provide continuous support across the Contracted Training Time (CTT) for the EP- 3E/MQ-4C Mission Avionics Systems Trainer (MAST) 10H1J-1 and the VQ Tactical Operational Readiness Trainer (VQ TORT) devices 10H1H-1; Provide scenario database support for CNATTU MAST/TORT device, as needed; Coordinate support activities with one another, CPRW-10, CPRW-11, VP-30 Triton, MPRWS, VQ WTU, VQ-1, CNATTU, and other agency personnel; Support NAVAIR and Fleet Project Team (FPT) development and testing of simulator upgrades/modifications/ECPs, as required; Support FPT trainer acceptance testing and analysis of trainer functional performance; Manage and support (from console support, scenario generation and database generation areas of responsibility) approximately four (4) Virtual Flag exercises, four (4) Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) exercises, and three (3) theater exercises conducted through the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE), per year, in addition to weekly scheduled VQ squadron ACTC and CPRW-10 VQ WTU Wing Training Manual (WTM) training events; Provide SME, as needed, for troubleshooting MAST/TORT systems, initializing maps and data links, scripting platforms and emitters to the exercise scenario, supporting network and integration testing, checking functionality of the MAST, and verifying operational status of each trainer device position; Review MAST/TORT scenarios, assess, and recommend improvements via the appropriate training management officials; Attend scheduled on-site meetings/training (e.g., scheduling, standardization, phase head, Intelligence Updates, aircraft systems and weapons tactics briefings and conferences) as requested (approximately one (1) to two (2) hours per week); Maintain knowledge of all MAST systems and VQ technologies, to include Joint Common Configuration (JCC), including any future spiral upgrades to the system; Work with community site instructors to develop simulation file performance requirements, and provide guidance on simulation file development and trainer operation; Ensure that file transfer procedures are addressed with regards to CyberForces requirements; Obtain and maintain a courier card in order to transport classified materials; Develop, install and validate trainer mission and scenario files, mission initialization files, profile/time-line files, ELINT emitter type files, SIGINT type files, data link files, visual characteristic files, Electro Optical (EO)/Infrared (IR) target files, message files, EOB files and audio scripting files; Manage and complete scenario Change Requests submitted by agency personnel, COR or designated representatives; Maintain EW target files and visual display libraries; Validate files on the MAST/TORT processors and displays; Maintain liaison with Fleet and CNATTU instructors and users to determine training requirements; Create, modify, and verify other off-line generator files, including initialization, mission, and emitter files for various training scenarios; Support NAVAIR and FPT development and testing of simulator upgrades/modifications/Engineering Change Proposals (ECP), as required; Support FPT trainer acceptance testing and analysis of trainer functional performance; Support COR, Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS) personnel, and NAWCTSD In-Service Engineering Office (ISEO) personnel in troubleshooting and defining engineering requirements in the areas of simulation file development; Liaison with community training sites to ensure file commonality and development/updates to target files to meet training requirements for real world operations; Support the Training Management Team (TMT) by attending all local meetings, when directed and authorized by COR; Common Qualifications: Previously qualified EP-3E ACTC level 400 or 500 in the p
