Our client, a world wide leader in auto parts manufacturing is seeking a Workshop Supervisor for their new location in Oakland. They are building up their team and need someone that brings expertise in production management!

Required:

-Automotive industry backround

-3 years in production management

responsibilities:

  • Fully responsible for workshop production and daily management.

  • Organize and schedule personnel in the workshop according to the plan, and arrange production.

  • Supervise the environmental hygiene and machine operation status of the production site.

  • Actively cooperate with the quality control work of the Quality Assurance Department, and cooperate with the technical development and product trial production work of the R&D Department.

  • Collect various production records, formulate corresponding measures, make rational improvements, and control costs.

  • Provide employee training to improve their quality, operational skills, quality awareness, safety awareness, and work morale.

  • Continuously improve or enhance production technology in the workshop, and track and handle daily affairs of various departments and workshops.

  • Manage manufacturing site safety and continuously improve on-site environmental protection.

  • Cooperate with the trial production scheduling and project synchronization follow-up of new engineering research and development projects.

  • Promote and implement the company's rules and regulations.

  • Perform other job responsibilities assigned by the department manager.
