Analyst II, Asset Strategy - Partnerships

Purpose

Working as part of the joint venture management team the role will be providing analytical support to enable efficient and accurate interactions with internal and external stakeholders; to establish and maintain an effective reporting process, provide detailed analytics and to ensure high governance and compliance goals are met.

Accountabilities

• Assist the JV team with ensuring that established processes to comply with expected partnership protocols are met (communication, decision making, negotiations). Assist decision making with comprehensive data analytics.

• Independently complete ongoing and periodic reporting obligations and analytics on operational and financial performance of assets involved. Prepare materials for various stakeholders’ groups and assist with completion of internal review processes.

• Ensure timely and accurate data input is received from various cross-departmental functions, enforce efficient information request processes to ensure timely internal communication and external reporting.

• Provide financial analytical support to the wider team to support business cases and financial decision making

Education and Experience

• 5+ years of experience, including Financial reporting

• Understand financial statements, budgets, and cash flows

• Understanding of Project Finance and Tax equity models

• High governance and compliance mindset

• CFA/CPA preferred
