Do you love to laugh, hang out, and sometimes sing a little? Could you use a couple of hours a day of paid time to study? Does working with just one person sound good? Jarred is looking for a companion to help him with eating, dressing, bathing, and watching his favorite movies. Some lifting required. Monday-Friday; 3:30-8:30 pm; Carlsbad area. He has his own apartment attached to his parents house, so there is support available if you ask for it (otherwise, you wont be bothered). A Typical Day for a CNA will include:

• Providing for the continuous care and comfort of assigned residents.
• Feeding residents and accounting for their daily intake of food and liquids.
• Assisting residents with their daily grooming and hygienic needs, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet.
• Helping residents stand, walk, exercise, sit and lie down.
• Active support and engagement.
• Safely escorting and/or transporting residents to and from their rooms and other areas of the facility.
• Documenting and maintaining patient records.
• Other tasks as assigned.

What you will need to be successful:

• Strong understanding of patients needs, and best practices.
• Ability to provide the highest standard of care for this supporting living position.
• Positive outlook and a team player mentality.

Shift:M- F 3:30pm - 8:30pm

Rate:$21 -$22 / Hour**

We would love it if you:**

• Have at least one year of previous work experience is desired.
• Highschool diploma/ GEDis desirable.
• Criminal background check required.
• Acceptable Driving History.
• Must have personal mode of transportation.
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant or completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant training program
