Health Care Associate - CNA
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Residential Health Care Associate wish a CNA certificate to assist licensed medical staff in providing care to clients with developmental disabilities living in our group homes.
A Typical Day for a Healthcare Associate /CNA will include:
- Transporting/escorting clients to medical appointments,
- Providing home and/or hospital supervision to ill clients,
- Administering medications, providing direct personal care and supervision,
- Providing active treatment, behavior modification
- CPR/First aide, in accordance with the individual program plans and when emergencieswarrant.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written.
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize effectively.

- High standard of care and treatment.
- Ability to provide the highest standard of care across multiple settings.
- Positive outlook and a team player mentality.

Shift: Full-Time. Mon.- Fri. 8:30am - 4:30pm.
Range:$20 - $21.00
We would love it if you:
- Minimum 1year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required.
Current CNA certification Required.
- HS/GED, Minimum 2 years acceptable driving
history and criminal background check
- Must be comfortable transporting clients 1:1.
