TERI Residential DSP 1 - Awake Overnight in Oceanside, California

The Awake overnight/Residential DSP 1- FT/PT available
A hands-on position providing supervision and safety to adults 18+ with developmental disabilities in a 6-bed residential group home during the night and providing personal care, programming, Active Treatment, Behavior Modification, PABS/ABST, CPR and SFA to residents, in accordance with the individual education and program plans and when emergencies warrant.
Responsibilities:
- bed checks (every hour)
- communication logs, medication documentation
- incident/illness reports
- behavior management charts
- medication documentation
- maintain familiarity with each clients individual service plan to include behavior intervention programs and specific training objectives
- participate in staff meetings, client reviews, in service trainings
- assists with facility cleaning, laundry, organization, etc.
- Maintain familiarity with licensing, rules, and regulations
All Group Homes are in North County of San Diego
Schedule:Mon-Fri from 9PM-6:30AM.
Weekends: 9pm-6:30AM or 9PM - 8:30AM.
Range: $18.00 - $19.00 Per hour
We would love it if you:
- Highschool diploma/ GEDis desirable.
- Related experience preferred but not required. We will pay you to train!
- Criminal background check required.
- Acceptable Driving History.
- Must have personal mode of transportation.
- Entry level positions available.
- Locations: Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, Fallbrook, and San Marcos.
