JOB REQUIREMENTS: Administrative Assistant - R4067 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Supports the President of the organization and additional Executive Leadership. * Create presentations for executives as needed. * Maintain account listings and territory maps. * Conduct SAP reporting for Sales and customers. * Handle travel arrangements as needed. * Process expense reporting for Executives as needed. * Plan and attend offsite annual sales meeting. * Plan annual leaders meeting. * Coordinate event participation, including purchasing of tickets and maintaining proper documentation.
