INTERMOUNTAIN TRUCK REBUILDER Project Manager in OGDEN, Utah
We are a local family-owned company who has been in business for over 35 years.
We are looking to add a new team member, we need a project / production manager who can lead by example and keep all team members on task.
- Effectively lead and assist the team with managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, and they meet the required quality standards.
- Ensure that project resources are allocated appropriately and are utilized efficiently.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and other project-related documentation.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, customers and management.
- Identify and manage project issues.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet the requirements and expectations.
Evaluate and prioritize project management requests by assigning tracking and verifying status of all projects in order to report project progress and status to senior management.
Other duties as assigned this is not all inclusive.
Responsibilities
This role will have accountability and leadership for all status update reports to management and/or customers. The role will have a core responsibility for managing both internal team members and external customer relationships while also communicating with a wide range of customers and vendors.
Qualifications
At-least 3- 4 years of verifiable experience in a management field
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be Reliable and dependable, on time and here for all scheduled shifts.
Be able to follow all company policies and procedures.
