What You Will Do :
The Resource Management Business Partner (RMBP) is a critical part of the Enterprise Workforce Solutions team, delivering high quality staffing solutions to assigned segments. In this role, you will ensure proper alignment of resources to projects, optimize utilization and support resource development and career progression. You will develop strong relationships with the leaders within your assigned segments and focus on matching resource needs with availability and optimizing productivity while also considering contract requirements, client needs, required skills, personal preferences and employee development.
This position reports to the Head of Enterprise Workforce Solutions and interacts directly with client service segment leadership, Engagement Leaders, Human Capital, Operations, Procurement, IT, Finance and Accounting personnel.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Intake resourcing demands and provide guidance on staffing requirements to senior leadership for client engagements in your assigned segments
Build strong understanding of service offerings, products and delivery methodology in your assigned segment to match the right talent with the right project at the right time
Perform segment-level reporting and utilization analyses, advising business leaders on staffing strategies to optimize the accuracy of billable hours against forecasted projections
Monitor talent pipeline by tracking future attrition, leaves of absence and open requisitions and monitor hours projections to drive optimal performance against contract objectives
Advise business leaders and talent acquisition partners of future headcount requirements based on capacity planning analysis
Develop proficiency in the resource management systems / tools to efficiently generate reports and provide analyses on key resource management data
Make recommendations for creative staffing solutions and alternatives to resolve staffing conflicts in a timely manner, considering engagement requirements and staff developmental goals
Collaborate effectively with project leadership, the Project Management Office (PMO), Project Control Analysts, and Talent Acquisition
Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality on employment matters, compensation, and performance history of staff
Participate as an active member of the Enterprise Workforce Solutions team, identifying and deploying continual process improvement and standardization across the enterprise

Other qualifications for the role are listed below:
Six (6) + years of professional experience, ideally in human resources, business operations or consulting
Previous experience in resource management / staffing, particularly on complex, federal contracts
Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Demonstrated business acumen, ideally with previous experience in the area of financial and resource forecasting
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, utilizing intermediate to advanced functions and data aggregation / analysis techniques
Strong data management experience, particularly with high volumes of data
Strong technical skills with the demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new systems
Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to set up systems to easily recall important details
Ability to multi-task and appropriately set / manage priorities
Demonstrated ability to proactively take ownership of existing processes, systems and relationships and identify future process improvements to enable increased productivity, efficiency, and quality
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop relationships of trust and confidence quickly and carefully across both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across an organization
Proficient at negotiation and conflict management
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly with the ability to “see around corners” and anticipate the needs of their internal clients
Ability to think critically to identify risks and challenges and resolve problems with creative and effective solutions
Exhibit an analytical mind, a strong intellectual curiosity
Desire to learn, grow, and seek increased responsibility
Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, while also being an exceptional team player
Adaptable to changing environments, ability to work longer hours as needed
What Would Be Nice To Have :
- Previous Department of Defense (DOD) experience preferred
