CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

For ourCustomer Support Team, we are looking for a Customer Support Representative in our office inOisterwijk (Netherlands).
In this role you will:
Oversee order management,
Handle general customer enquiries from customers and other stakeholders internally and externally via email and phone (claims and returns, warranty, tracking of orders in several markets),
Execute and assist in diverse sales activities (such as creating quotations),
Send invoices of processed orders,
Cooperate and support your international colleagues for continuous improvements.
To succeed in this role, you have:
Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance or other relevant educational background
Passion for customers and delivering outstanding customer service,
Clear communication skills,
Ability to show empathy and use a positive language,
Commercial mindset,
Ability to structure and prioritize work in a complex and international environment with various stakeholders,
Good IT-skills. Experience from D365 would be an advantage,
You are flexible and able to manage periods of volatile workload,
You take responsibility and are result oriented, with a track record of seeing opportunities and getting things done.
Fluent language skills in Dutch and English are the requirement for being successful in the position. Speaking and writing French on minimum B2 level is an advantage.
