About the Role

The Customer Success Associate plays a key role at PSI by communicating organizational strategy, owning the retention of specific client accounts, and acting as the liaison between clients and internal support teams. Regular, ongoing communication will be the foundation of this role with a focus on engaging senior stakeholders. You will seek to understand the client’s business, annual goals, and pain points to find areas of opportunity for PSI to improve or to add services to solve a need.

This role is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday during typical office hours. There will be up to 20% travel required for events, meetings and workshops. Day-to-day, this role can be performed remotely.

Role Responsibilities

•Serve as primary strategic point of contact for clients, including requests for new products/services.

•Meet and exceed retention goals through contract renewals and upsells and write contracts as needed.

•Utilize project management skills to establish deliverables and ensure that all commitments are met on-time and within budget.

•Create client requirements/business rules for use by all internal teams.

•Be accountable for maintaining, reporting, and measuring data through Salesforce.com and other internal systems for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to leadership.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or related work experience may be considered.

•1-2 years of experience in Account Management, Program Management or Project Management.

•Experience with enterprise software such as ERP, SaaS, CRM, Document Management, Financial Applications, Marketing Services, Business Intelligence or General Application Software and Services.
