The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, manufacturing industry experience, and a proven track record of driving financial excellence. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals and objectives.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting

• 2 + years of manufacturing experience

• GAAP knowledge, CPA preferred

• Previous leadership experience

• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
