Job Description

Insight Global is searching for an Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager to join an academic medical system in OKC. This person will be responsible for managing a team of 10 accountants. As a Financial Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating and overseeing various financial activities within the organization. You'll be responsible for monthly financial reports, financial policies related to revenue and expenditure, supervision of general accounting staff, oversight of accounting entries and reconciliation, coordination of subsidiary ledger reports, support for form filings and associated financial statements, adherence to deadlines and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), evaluation of significant accounting transactions, policy implementation, financial and statistical reporting, communication with executive leadership, process improvement, budget preparation, audit coordination, and effective team management.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelor of Accounting

- Minimum 3-5 years of professional accounting experience

o Experience managing and handling fixed asset accounting, income statements, expenses, new contracts

- 1-3 years of experience managing a team with strong leadership skills

- Workday experience

- Strong excel experience - Any hospital or healthcare accounting experience

- CPA

- CMA

- HFMA Certifications null
